    Default Front speakers help!

i currently have 2 6X9's in the parcell tray and a 2channel amp and a 12" sub in the boot.
but the front door speakers are stock and im wanting to put new ones in.

so im just wanting to know what to go with?
    either splits or tweeters?

also, how big are the speakers in the front? my car is a 2002 VX
i dont want to have to make any bigger holes or anything just replace the speakers.

can i use the existing wiring with my new speakers??

    thanks.

The front are 6" but most 6.5" will fit in with 2 minutes work with a knife. Splits are better.

you can fit woofers in there with some work..

but generally 6.5" is what everyone goes because their cheaper then 6".

and get a pair of splits.. much better then coax. (generally)

shameless plug.. if you want 10" woofers in your doors let me know i can cut you a deal with my 10" woofers with trims to suit.. in one of my FS thread if you want to see them.

Yes, you can... But depending on how much power you'll be running to the speakers. Even so, you don't need to replace the wires into the doors, you can cut the stock wiring in the kick panel and join your own wires there.

If you are just running them off the headunit then the standard wire will be fine. If you are running speakers off an amp, then definately throw in some better speaker wire at the same time
