VZ Stereo Volume Steering Wheel Controls

Just purchased a VZ Wagon Acclaim. The volume down button on the steering wheel INCREASES the volume. Is that common? Do I need to visit the local auto electrician for a solution?

Did you buy it from a dealer? If so, take it back for them to fix.

Otherwise, remove the buttons and re-solder the resistors/buttons on the PCB's. Or just replace the assembly.

I'm assuming it's a stock H/U
