Default RMS on a Woofer from a Component Set?

"HSK 165 XL is a two-way system composed of the HT 28 tweeter and the HV 165 XL woofer."

The Power rating on the System says 150wrms,
You can buy the HV 165 XL woofer by itself and it's rated for 125wrms.
Does that mean that the tweeter is rated for 25wrms? or has there been a typo?
When you look at Components, is the figure including the tweeter or without?

In other words, will the HV 165 XL woofer be rated for 125wrms?

The power rating will be within a certain bandwidth. The numbers don't actually add together. The woofer could get 100rms @ a certain frequency range and the tweeter could get 100rms @ a certain frequency range but the overall system will be 100RMS over that entire bandwidth. The power rating would have changed since the component set has a crossover which I would assume is protecting the woofer from lower frequencies and thus allowing it to handle more power.

I'm sure Stone will chime in soon with a proper explanation but thats my understanding of it.

My understanding is the same as Joe's... Generally the woofer is the higher rated component and the crossover limits the power to the tweeter. But if the woofer is rated at 125Wrms, you would expect the set to be rated at 125Wrms unless the crossover somehow eats 25Wrms, but that's a lot of heat.

    Ok. I understand that.
But is there anyway to determine the power handling of just the Woofer?
I want to run active with just the woofer, and trying to decide how much power I'd need + headroom.
In the Hertz case, the HV 165 XL woofer is rated for 125wrms, and the complete HSK 165 XL component set (inc. tweeter) is rated 150wrms.
But say, the SoundStream TRC6N woofers I was going to get before I found these Hertz was 200wrms for complete set and SoundStream didn't sell the Woofer by itself.... so would I presume 175wrms for the woofers? or 150wrms? is there a general guideline?
