im guessing you mean output rca's? there just there if you want to use another amp, eg you will have rca cable from the output of one amp and it goes into the input of the second amp.

RCA outputs are for connecting to another amp. These are usually not used
Speaker outputs are where your speakers go. You kinda need those ones
