    Default Amp under seat?

Ok in my boot i have a great big dirty gas tank, so i was thinking instead of running wires from my rear door speakers to the boot just run them under the passenger front seat to my amp. by doing this and running cables to my sub in my boot will it affect the performance of my sub??

and is there somewhere easy i can tap my remote wire into??

i cbf pulling my headunit out and searching through the 20-30 wires behind it.

Remote wire to the ignition. Behind the h/u it will porobably be blue/white trace.

All good to have amp under your seat won't affec the sub having a longer speaker cable rather than shorter.

The cable won't heat up mate (we are talking about the speaker cable here right??) but make sure it is of a proper guage.. to be on the safe side for decent subs/decent power you should be using an 8 or 10 guage speaker cable. .. What power will be running through the cable?

nothing wrong with running them under the seat... just make sure you use the passenger seat and when you take the seat out, DO NOT TURN THE CAR ON IGNITION.

if you want a easy remote, remove the glovebox, and the bottom panel in the middle (center console) and the radio loom is there, tap into accessories.
