help with Pioneer DEH-P6850MP

hi!
i got Pioneer DEH-P6850MP in my car, for some reason it stopped working and i want to remove the panel manually to check it out, how i do that?
i mean this model got the panel slide automatically and now it stuck.

The flexible ribbon cable that goes to the face will need to be replaced. Remove the head unit and send it to your nearest Pioneer authorised service centre.

its must be the cable? cant be anything else?
tried to look for a fuse who got burnt but didnt find

99% sure unless you did something that could have blown a fuse.
