    Default need advice on speakers buying today.

    just woondering if anyone can tell me if
    5x7 will fit in the backdoors of a 1998 vt berlina series 2 station wagon
    my stock ones have had it and need some new ones

    if not what size will fit in thanks

    They're 6" but most 6.5" can fit with minor mods to the stock spacer.

    5x7's would need a weird spacer made up.

    thanks just got 6' i have pioneer headunit pioneer 6's in the front and and will put the 6's in the back doors in the morning
    the stereo sounds really crap at the moment hope it will improve a little with this.

    update still sound really crap tried alot of differant settings and just sounds no good is it possible to have a good sounding sustem with just 6' speakers in front and rear doors of the vt wagon?

    Easily. You just need good speakers. An amp and sound deadening will help the cause greatly as well

    true that

    i had 6' in my magna with a pioneer headunit and sounded really good though
    but berlina just plain old shit. dont want to spend a fortune dont need to have the music pumpin just want it to sound better anyways thanks

    in the middle of pulling the whole lot out starting with a better headunit.

    get yourself a fairly cheap 4 channel amp and run the speakers thru the amp. Will make sound bit louder
