Advice on sound system.

I am looking at upgrading my cars sound system from the standard stock to a little better.

What I have looked at is:
* Stock headunit. $0
* Three Sixty Two (latest model) $399
* Front - Alpine Type R splits. $220
* Rear - Kicker Competition Grade 6X9s $150
* Sub - Low profile 12 inch sub (mounting under front seat) $230

I am afraid I don't remember what brand or model the Sub is.
I want to keep the stock headunit for one reason really, I want to hide the fact that it has a after market system, atleast to anyone looking in.

Am I looking at a decent system? Or have I just made the audio gods cry in horror?

EDIT: This is a dual cab ute, hence the low profile sub being mounted under the seat.

its not bad.. but since you have a VZ and want to keep the stock look.. ASR will modify your unit and give you RCA's that would help you a little.
