Amp keeps cutting out with engine on

Hey guys,
I have a cheap 4 ch powervox (it was cheap I only bought it untill I can afford a better one) amp running my from speakers. It is mounted under my passenger seat. It keeps cutting out, the problem is it works when on acc power but it cuts out when I turn the engine on. I thought this was a grounding issue, so I tried grounding it directly to the battery, and the same problem is happening.

It might be the amp but Im not entirely sure what the problem is.

your car drops battery volts when using air con,

what size wiring you using??

put a multi meter over the remote cable as you have the engine off.. and see if the current drops down when the amp drops.
could also be amp is overheating...
could also be car regulator is not working properly.
