Default 4 Way Head Unit Question...

    Hey,

I recently went out and brought a 4 way head unit and I have a few questions about it... Will the 4 way connect to a 2 way amp? And if its a 4 way amp will it connect to 2 way speakers & a 2 way sub? And is 300w a good peak output for speakers? Thanks.

I will admit to being slightly confused here, as far as I know there is no such thing as a 4-way H/U. Maybe it means it drives 4 speakers, I dunno. Can you post up the model number please.

If your connecting amps, than the number of RCA outputs is what you are after, 1 is bad, 2 is ordinary, and 3 is good.

And we can't tell you anything about peak power since that is nothing but a marketing gimmick, look for RMS power ratings.
