im running 3 4gauge power wires in my vn commodore its an automatic where should i run them or should i drill a hole in the fire wall any help please thanks
Run a single length of 0awg through where the clutch would be , use a distribution block in the boot and alot easier to mount 1 fuse in the engine bay , what makes you believe you need 3 runs of 4awg ?
Do you amplifiers have 300amps of current draw ?
Right click save as . .
yea 3 of dem
its a sound of comp car
sorry im kinda new at putting in more den1 amps im puttin in 3 rockford fostage amps monoblocks
2x 12" subs same brand
1x10" sub
set of 6x9 in the pacel shelf
2x6.5" in the front doors in a custom fiberglass encloser
i want it to be a weekend warrior in comp
but its my daily driver
Ok first, bugger off the 10" sub, don't mix sub sizes, would probably even hurt your score in a comp, or a best just take power away from the two 12" which will be the ones making the score.
Also unless your running the 6x9" on a HPF, than I would bugger them off too. 6x9" are basically 8" woofers, so again not needed with the 12"s there.
Also you would be better off just running a single 0-gauge wire from the battery to the boot and using a distribution block from there.

ok thank you that helps alot
the only reason im using 3 runs of 4gauge is becasue i have been given 20 metres of the stuff and its real good wire
Well yeah in that case go for it. If you have it than use it.

Clutch hole is best. Big hole and easy enough to get to.
