Mate they basically all work the same. They have an input, and an output.

The input is for your speaker wires. Depending on whether you have a 2, or 4 channel LOC, will determine whether you use the signal from only the front speakers, or both the front and rear.

Locate you speaker wire. Now i haven't worked on a VE yet, so i can't tell you where the crossovers are located.

The positive and negative from each speaker wire which now come from the head unit are connected to the LOC's input. The output is for your RCA leads to connected and run to the amplifier.

Run your new speaker wire form the amp back along it's original path to be re-connected.
