sound deadening

I have a vr ute and the doors rattle and make horrid noises when i crank up the stereo..
Im installing some new jaycar splits next week and figured ide try stop the rattling..
I take it sound deadening is what i need to do?
If so what do i use, where do i put it and so on..

Any help would be great
