how can i stop whistle noise goin through my amp?
Need more info mate... what do you mean whistle noise, does it change with the revs of the engine? What amp/amps? Head unit? etc. Did you install yourself? Sounds like your trying to ask about a blown rca earth...

you should always make sure power lead to your amp is on opposite side of car to rca leads
and sometimes you will need a suppressor you can get inline ones that connect to ur rca leads
