hey guys
just recently purchased top of the line rockford gear for my ve and was wondering what the best way to stopping vibration is on a budget?
not too keen on the dynamat idea so was wondering if anybody had any ideas?
thanks in advance![]()
Space filler foam![]()
how bad is it? wanna get a good sound system for mine soon.
so you buy a top of the line soundsytem and don't wanna dynamat the car, doesnt really make sense.
Put rubber or foam between the things that rattle.
Dynamat isn't a rattle fix anyway, it's to stop resonating panels.
thanks for replies
yeah thats the reason i wasnt keen on it StoneX
It is still something you should use in conjunction with foam and rubber. Deadening your front doors with Dynamat, inside and outside door skin, will give you much better midbass. Deadening the flat quarter panels of your boot and your boot lid can also reduce unwanted noises (resonance).
im running a 18" in my boot and i got nothing stopping my rattles![]()
