hi guys! wonder if someone could help?

just bought a vs calais. factory eurovox deck works fine with all speakers sounding as they should with the tuner!
when the 10disc cd stacker comes on the left channel is super quite front and rear, the right is perfect! i turn the balance over to the left then turn it up and the sound is definatly there just at a very low volume. thoughts???
