stereo on, sub works speakers dont

Have almost finished installing aftermarket power windows in my VX exec and as I was attaching the ground wire the radio cut out. I was attaching it under the steering wheel to the right, is there a loom here for the speakers that I may have disconnected? It's not the amp in the head unit as I've tested another unit. Speakers are just amped with the head unit.

Can somebody help me....this is driving me nuts
