VE SV6 AUDIO questions.

Just few quick questions if anyone could knowledge me abit seeming i have lack of idea about any car audio especially my VE SV6
1. Is the head unit very hard to get to ( as it looks mighty difficult and i hear it is also)
2. Does the stock head unit take subs?
3. How do you disconnect the speaker above the screen in the dash?

1. No.
2. Yes.
3. You pull out the window trim, being sure not to pull out the auto lights sensor then from there you rip of the grill.
and then you use the 4 wires from the shitbox center speaker to run your sub from.

its all held on by clips and when you are pulling feels like its going to break, but it wont.

if you still need to get the head unit out which you shouldnt you put 4 bits of coat hanger down the 4 holes on the face and then they will eventually clip in and pull it out (may need to grind a little dig 1/2cm from the end).

and to top it all off YOUR IN THE WRONG SECTION there is a car audio section of the forum further south...

Thanks for the reply, and sorry bout the post in this section only new to the website and i didnt look at all the sections before i posted sorry.

I managed to pull the centre shitbox too, havnt tried the door trim yet
