line-out converter.

ive had a look around at some line out converters for my ve stereo.
ive already got some 100 wat RMS speakers and an amp to match, just wanted to know will a line out converter reduce the power coming through my speakers or the power going to my speakers ?
will they be able to run at full potential ?

The line out converter (LOC) goes between the H/U and the amp, so it would really matter either way as you should set the amp gain appropriately anyway.

One that works, trust me thats not a joke, I bought a cheapie, DNA I think, that didn't work out of the box, couldn't be stuffed taking it back since it was a few dollars out of the clearance bin . But hey, maybe I was just unlucky, it was thier old old model anyway.

I've just had an Alpine one installed in my VE, apparently they're the ducks nuts. Dunno though, I was told this by a salesman haha.

The Alpine LOC can be purchases off ebay.
Thinks its about $40
Jay Car also have a Solid LOC for $16 which i run (i have 2 running) between 1500watts of power. So i vouch for them
