Sound deadening Boot help

Hey i hav a vz 04 sv6 and i am looking to custom build a sub box in my boot was wondering is it easy to do the sound deadening yourself or not if so is it easy to install??? and how much??

I just did the boot, parcel tray and behind the back seats of my vy. Pretty easy to do. But you use alot deadening.
