How do I install AUX in center console of VP (well, anything from VN-VS)

Hi

Im wanting to install an AUX port in my VP's centre console so I dont just have the AUX cable hanging out onto the passenger floor..

The stereo im using has an RCA input at the back, and im currently using an RCA-3.5mm audio cable.

In the console I wish to have a 3.5mm female port sitting somewhere near the cigarette lighter.

Wondering what I would use to do this?

get an metal aux cable with a thread on the outside of it (or tap a thread on it), drill a hole in the center console, put the aux through the hole and put the nut on the outside of it, done.
