    Default subs in a standard vy ss head unit

    i need a bit of help im after a wiring guide for a stock vy head unit to show me what wires to use for sub output and remote switch for the amp from the stock wiring

    What do you mean by sub output? But there is a sticky at the top of the Car Audio section outlining the wiring colours.

    VK-VZ Stereo wiring colours.

    Make sure you SEARCH before posting next time.

    yeah i have seen that but what wires do i use to go to into a LOC onto the subs amp

    I think he's after a pre-out for a sub.

    No pre-outs on the factory unit. You will need to use your speaker wires to provide a high level input for an amp. Either that or you can buy a line out convertor, up to you.

    Do you allready have an LOC? If so refer to the diagram to find your speaker wires.

    And then parrellel off the accessories wires on the head unit to go to the remote power on the amp

    yeah already got a line converter. so i just run the rear speaker signal to the converter for my subs and use acc as remote power
