Are you talking about Frankston Car Audio? I've only contacted them once but received an email back within a couple of hours. Prices were a bit too high for me, so I did the work myself.

They are not cheap on install prices, but their work is top notch, amazing work. Pretty competitive prices on gear itself though. Check out their install work on the website, also Mark would be one of the most knowledgeable people in Australia when it comes to the Audison BitOne Processor, they really know whats happening.
