What are the model numbers of your amplifiers? I can't really understand your first post.
Also, what are the model numbers of the components you are running from your amplifiers?

I would go 4 gauge minimum. As said post up some model numbers as the numbers your giving seem to be maximum ratings.

Ok so the 4 ch pioneer amp is gm-6400f, the kicker amp running the sub is dx 100.2. The alpine amp which I am wondering if I can run the sub is mrp-t130. Oh and the sub is a 12" kicker 375 watts peak 125 Rms 4 ohm

ur only pushing out about 370rms so the wiring u already have will b suffient as nic said. and the alpine amp will run that sub fine and it never hurts 2 do the big 3 even on a small system like this.

The big 3 is wasted on a system like this. The stock wire for the alternator charge wire is ~6awg over a ~60cm run. 85 amp alternator. It will be able to keep up fine with this system. As a rule of thumb, keep your engine earths the same size or larger than your main power cable run, 8awg power cable run, the stock earths are already larger than 8awg. There is no real point, unless you plan on upgrading later, you could do it now. I don't imagine you'd see any real difference.
