My first post here, so far been mostly reading up.

Will move the Sony's to the back and mount the MB Quarts to the front when I put everything in.

Currently installing all this atm but as Im doing a stealthy install in the "Team Nanna" VH Commo,its taking longer than planned.....already up to 70 hours of labour with only the deadener done,H/U fitted,splits fitted(needed some tunes driving to work)
and have made the sub shelf ready to bolt in.
Lots ta do still,probably about another 150 hours to fully complete what I want as the doorpods and the boot install is gunna mash my poor widdle brain ....

Anyone handy with F/Glass? Im handy with spanners,could work out a trade?

it pumps really hard haven't had it tested yet, but the blokes at autobarn
reckon i'll get high 130s, the only bad thing with it is the boot rattles 2 much
i was thinking of putting 6 inch splits in the door but was wondering if they would touch the glass or rip my tint?

Well according to an email from my brother last night, I now have no stereo. As he walked out of a shop the other day, he saw two f*****g c***s jumping out of my car with my stereo and radar detector... even tho the faceplate and radar had been locked in the glovebox!!

I bought a rampage 12 from supercheap when I got my set up, I busted it in 1 day. It started off ok then it started distorting and crackling.
After I bought the boss (which has been going tough for 6+ months now) I opened up the rampage to find a thin piece of aluminium had buckled bend and at the ends had bent inwards which was causing the distortion. Maybe it just wasn't designed for an air tight (almost) area. I had to carefully cut the piece of wood out of the back of the station wagon to put the Boss in, It was painful but I did it. Looks really crap without carpet but sounds great from inside the car, louder from outside the car but you get a lot of rattles from outside.

My Old girl has the original Stereo in her with the front speakers. It doesnt work rvery well and drops out under wires. The speakers rattle around when she does work and Im desperate to remove it.. I cant for the life of e work out how to do this...
