Hey guys,

Is there much difference in sound quality with a headeck which has 7 different audio frequncy's v's an Equalizser with the standard Pop/Rock/Jaz/Classic Equalizer options ..

What do you mean by different audio fq's? The pop, rock, ect is just pre-set eq with boosted fq's.

If you want to get more advance with the tuning then it's best done externally.

I think the OP is asking about a 7-band panoramic eq vs. preset eq's on a headunit .. If so, then the EQ which allows you to manually adjust frequencies is much better, though if you need a lot of tuning through the EQ I would look at your stereo and fix the issues elsewhere, generally a lot of tuning through the EQ makes things worse.
