    Default sony headunit help

hay guys just picked up my new wagon yesterday, has a sont headunit installed with USB port in the front, when i plug my iphone in it says "NO USB SUPP"
So im wondering if there is some sort of set up i need to do to "sync" the unit to the phone or its similar to the early blue tooth kits that just cant be paird with iphones ?
there is an AUX port also but I would just prefer to use USB.
    cheers fullas

Not all Usb ports on headunit support iphone compatiblity, some only does momery sticks and reads only limited number of songs. So what you can do is get the model number of the H/U and look online or see if you find any sticker on the H/U saying ipod or iphone ready.

try with a USB memory stick with few WMA and MP3 songs all in the root folder and then you will come to know what format also ur H/unit plays.
