Assuming the speakers are 4ohm independence, running 2 speakers in parallel would produce a 2 ohm load. Left speakers in parallel on one channel, right speakers in parallel on the other channel. The amplifier would run at 2ohm, and would produce 150W to both speakers on each channel. Can't see why it would work.

Just found this on the speakers

    Frequency Response : 40-20,000 Hz
    Impedance : 4 ohm
    Sensitivity (db) : 88 dB/1W/1m

Also 150W to both speakers per channel They are only rated to max 60 each What happens with the left over power.

Nothing happens to it, it's just left over power that doesn't get used (headroom)

As long as you set your gains correctly, and ensure that you don't distort the speakers by turning the volume up too loud then you'll be fine. Distortion is the obvious sign that you are pushing the speakers too hard, so if they distort it's best to turn it down a bit.
