Amp in ssv ute

I have a 2010 series 1 ssv ute that has the twin subs in the back as standard(1 on either side under interior lights),was just trying to find the amp or if it has one?ive looked in the usual sedan spot,in where the battery is and its not there..i assume it has to have an amp cos it has subs?

I've traced the amp wiring to somewhere behind the SS badge under the rear window. That's as far as I've gone though, I didn't really feel like pulling my interior apart to find it, I'd never get it back on right.

hmmm great place to put it where its hard to get to...wonder if its anywhere near where the jack is stored on the drivers side?ive asked a few people and most say an ssv doesnt even have subs standard..untill i show them,i think they only came out in my10 models onwards...

Nope - my 2007 SSV (sedan not ute though) has the amp and twin subs etc ..

did anyone ever work this out?
i have a VE SS-V Ute 2010 with premium sound.
YES IT DOES have 2x 8" subs behind the seats as standard which means there needs to be an amp, no idea where it is though.
