Eclipse 12" Subwoofer. Any Good?

Accidentally wrecked my Kicker sub, So i was looking around and got asked if i wanted a Eclipse SW6210 12" .
Now, i have never heard of this brand myself, though just wanted to see if anyone knew if they where
of any good? On paper, the specs for it seem pretty good. Max 1500w etc though its not always how it looks
on paper.

Any comments will be appreciated.

dont know about subs but my6" were eclipes and they were very nice

They seem like a nice subwoofer, although they prefer a ported box. Will you be buying a pre-fab box or building your own?

i got a 10" of that in a proper ported box running 400wrms and it can shut 2 alpine type s 12" down easily!! very good sub!!

Thanks for all the comments, Well i was thinking of using my kicker box, due to only the sub stuffing up
thought the box would be still good. What you guys think? get a different box or will the kicker do?

imo. you can get alot more out of the sub if you build one, if you are good at woodwork? im sure someone like MAG00 will help you out with the design
