VE rear speaker - Urgent one - please

Hi,

Currently installing 6.5" in the rear of my SSV but need some help quickly! I'm a complete amateur with this stuff!

1. How do I mount them as the factory mount is a touch to small internally.

2. Do I cut the white plug off and wire the speakers directly ( what color is positive?)

Anyone? - sorry to bump but want to get this sorted before I head out

positive is red? if there is no red then negative is black

and just cut the plug off but leave some wire on it in incase you put factory speakers back in

dremel - supercheap has super cheap ones,
stanley knife, watch your fingers

Ah ok - so will the 6.5" speaker fit if I do that?

So they won't fit ... Bit big - I was sure 6.5" would fit in the rear doors.. Any suggestions?
