hey i have a vx calais and i was wondering how to use the cd stacker.. ive read a few previous post already and cant find anything that helps.

is there a way of telling if its working without havn cds in there e.g a power light or a buzzing noise
is there a main power or reset switch? if so where is it?
and when i slide it open andpush the eject button nothing happens, is the cartridge thing stuck?
