removing sony xav w1 head unit

i posted this in the wrong thread. anyways i have a vt commodore and i want to take out my head unit (its a sony double din xav w1) so i can add some stuff onto it (all plugs are behind the unit) but i cnt get it out anyone know how to remove the unit?
