Mounting speakers in wagon tailgate?

Hi,
I'm toying with the idea of putting speakers in my VT wagons tailgate.
Has anyones done this? if so, what size speakers? did you need to add extra baffle
support and where did you run the speaker wires?
Pictures would be good.
