Thats the way man!!
yeah but they were still 2 big.. so i might think of making new pods or take it to a local store and get new pods made up if its not 2 expensive
i put on a new battery terminal.. finally it is permanent. and installed the sony head unit, wow the quality is soo much better, btu i am stil waiting for facia/steering wheel controls
NiceLooks so funny without a facia. What Gauge wire is that going to your amps? 8 or 4?
0 gauge to soundstream bat cap with a 15cm ground and then from bat cap 4 gauge to mono amp is very close so i used 4 and had trouble fitting 0 in that awkward position... and then 4 gauge from bat to 4 channel amp, used to be 8 but i got a 4 gauge kit that came with the amp and used that oneat the moment i have rca from mono to output on 4 channel amp because i had problems with the eonon one so now i can run it directly to head unit oh im exited

so i think i will make new door pods with mdf, doesnt seem that hard, and i was also thinking of making little enclosers for the tweeters and then screw the bracket onto that to put in the factory location
For mounting the tweeters I used industrial strength double sided tape for Bunnings and have had no issues. I didn't feels safe screwing it to the mount like they did from factory. I also used the tape to mount the crossovers under the dash near the air vents on the side on the dash that feed air to the doors.
