Hey guys.
So I'm currently running in my VE ute:
-Option Audio OAK75 4ch Amp.
-Pioneer TS-SW251 10" slim sub
-JBL GTO638 6.5" 3way speakers
This setup works well, but, im adding
-Option Audio OAK600 monoblock
-Rockford Fosgate P1694C 6"x9" 4way speakers
I think I've matched all the power ratings well so this system sound pump (for a ute)
What do you guys think?
if it sounds good to you man go hard. as long as you play some decent tunes its all good right?
Where are you going to put the 6x9's?
Why do you want them, you have a sub and no passengers?
You have a ute.
What are you trying to achieve by adding those extra things to the system?

I'm going to mount them in boxes and on the inner quarter trim just below the window.
I'm adding them to get a more 'full' sound If that makes sense.
Originally I was going to use splits front and rear and mount the tweeters in the roof lining, but im too lazy to strip that much of the car...
The amps and sub sound really good. You can get way better speakers then those JBLs. Get a nice pair of vibe slick splits ($130) or black air splits (unsure of cost). I know from experience Vibe sound really nice. I have a set of Alpine type R splits in my car and the Vibe blackairs splits shit all over them...
Don't bother with sick by Nines , put the existing 6" 3 ways in the rear and get the best set of splits you can afford for the front.

A mono block amp and 6X9's? You may find that the mono block doesn't produce high frequency, only bass, so you may as well go a pair of 10's or 12's.
the mono is for the sub....
