VR Calais front speaker replacement

Heyy there i have a 95 VR calais series 2 and i was wondering you know how they have 6 speakers, how to get the front ones near the window out so they can be replaced??? i would attempt but ill end up breaking everything, cheers

Your reffering to the tweeters. You gotta take the air vent thingo off. You'll need a right angle screw driver to get to the screws, there's some underneath too, can't remember how many. Pretty straight forward really, if you can't work it out by looking at it maybe you shoudln't attempt it. I did think there was a thread somewhere with a how to but i couldn't find it, maybe someone else knows where it it.

Make sure you remove the inline capacitor in the factory tweeter wiring if your not planning on running new speaker wire through.

it looks simple, just wanted to make sure no hidden screws or anything like that, i usually go straight into something and break everything lol. cheers bro

Just take your time, anything you snap you can just get from the wreckers anyway for next to nothing.
