Stock Statesman sound system error 99

hi all, got a friend with a statesman (unsure of model) but they have an error code of the head unit of Error 99, anyone got any ideas?

disconnect the poower for 10 seconds. Or pull out the manual and look to see what the button combination for a soft reset on the unit is.

E99 is a common problem and once you get it...it generally re-occurs later on down the track.

yeah the book said it was a micro-computer error is i did a micro-computer reset as it said in the book and it continued to do i so i pulled the fuse and yeah still does it.
