Default amp on the back of sub box, bad idea?

i have got my hands on a 444w xplod amp, that has been screwed onto the back of the sub box that sits in the boot. my question is, will the vibrations from the sub damage the amp? id like to keep the amp on the back of the sub if it will not stuff the system up.

If it's a decent solid box, you won't have any problems. But if the box is flimsy and flexes, it can cause excess vibration in the amp which can cause broken solder joints in the amp.

Amps and wires near speakers is very unlikely to cause any interference as speakers are getting a high voltage signal which is too large to hear low voltage interference.

If your sub box is secured properly, you won't need to worry about either item going missing

I'm never a fan of sony...I'm sure they have their good merits. I'm just too selectively blind to see it.

You can make a false floor and bolt the box to that from inside the sub box... That makes it very hard to remove.
