Getting to the back shelf 6x9's in a VT

Hey Guys,
Just picked up my 99 VT Calais the other day (great ride) and was checking around and looked in the boot and nearly s*at my pants when i realised the cheap poof had cut the wires and taken the 6x9's, leaving me with nothing but shell! I was just wondering how to take the back shelf off to put new ones in.

Do you plan to ever install a sub? If so, don't bother putting crappy 6x9's in.

But anyway...
To get to the parcel shelf, you need to take the base of the rear seat out by pulling the release things at the front of the seat. Then undo the bolts on the base of the rear seat cushion bits. Slide the rear cushion up, might need a slight tap to release it. Then take the clips out of the parcel shelf and child seat bolt and I think the shelf will come out.

Yeh i know that but i was just wondering just incase they made any minor changes to the shell and the way it unbolts etc... but yeh i found out yesterday it is the same cheers for the info dude i got my 6x9's in now
