I doubt it. Theres blaupunkt and then theres the blaupunkt that OEM's use in cars. I'd say it is for the aftermarket stuff as it refers to the "changer interface (ASCI-Bus)" which the VY/VZ HU does not have......

Seriously, there aren't many standard audio systems that are capable of being an iPod interface. When they are available they are advertised as such and mainly on european models. You can probably trick up something to use via an input somewhere (search on here and you shall find) but will not work like the fully featured headunits with the display, control and charging abilities of the aftermarket ones.

Well better to ask then go out and get it, then to find out it dosen't work.
