Arial Replacement

Someone decided to rip my Arial off on my VP. How do get at it to replace it? Do I need to take the front wheel off only and reach up or do i need to take the whole guard off? I cannot really see how it is done.

On VK's you take the wheel off and unscrew the plastic guard on the wheel arc and you reach up and unscrew it. Probably a similar thing you would have to do.
