hi guys 2 question firstly i have a sony deck and its starting to be faulty. when u put a cd in the the roller things dont grab it properly and dosent sit the cd in correct so it dosent read the cd. somtimes if i leave a bit of the cd hanging out and flic it really hard into the player it works but this works like 1 in 18 times so it a pain in the arse. so is it easy to pull teh deck apart a fiddle arount to fix this problem.
second question if i upgrade my deck to say a 600 dollar one will i notice any increas in quality even tho my setup runs through a 4 channel amp controling the speakers and a 2 channel for the sub
yes you will notie a difference. The thing will work properly for starters. Thats always good isn't it?
You put you left foot in, your put your right foot in , you take your left foot out and you slide it all about!
haha yea it will, thats a good point.
the more you spend on a deck the better it will sound.
btw in my experience sony decks are at the bottom of the scale.
There's some really good HUs for 300 or there abouts. Really depends on other features you might need and/or bling. Don't think sound quality will change much until you spend up nearer a grand. Then again maybe my ears just can't tell the difference.
JVC
Focal
JL Audio
VDO Dayton
Jaycar
Dynamat Extreme/Dynaxorb
the small increase in SQ if you spent 300-400 over 600-700 would be not very big as if you compared a 300 to a 600 dollar set of speakers. maybe spend less on the deck and more of speakers if you really want better SQ.
