But now I have to remove the rear speakers and replace them and I can't work out how to do it I have removed the three bolt on the parcel shelf but can't get the seat/backrest out. Any help would be greatly appreeciated!!

To get the rear seat out you need to take the bottom part out first. You're meant to be able to push the front of the base back and lift it out, but I've never had that work. The way I do it is jam my hand down the back of the cushion, and lift it just a bit, then I can unclip it from the 'hooks' on the floor.

After you lift the base out then you'll see the bolts holding the backrest in. Undo the bolts, then lift the backrest to disengage it from the hooks that hold it to the parcel shelf.

There should be one more plastic plug holding the parcel shelf in, which at the moment is hidden by the backrest. Pull that out, and the parcel shelf should life out.
