vs earth

g'day guys,
just wondering where the best earth for amplifiers (2 or 4 gauge cable) is in the boot of a vs sedan.
also, what are the pros and cons of running the negatives straight back to the battery terminal?
any help would be great.

u can earth to any part of the subframe
2 gauge will suffice

running the negatives back to the battery is pretty impractical. Plus the chassis of the car wil have less resistance than a wire, unless maybe tou run a fairly heavy guage. so through the chassis better basically. Do what zoltan has said above and earth to any part of the subframe
