Grounding points

Hey guys just trying to find the best grounding point for when I hook up my amp in the boot. The cable is about 3 feet long and the amp will be near wear the seat fold down.

There should be all sorts of bolts into the chassis in that area. I'm not sure what car you have, but I have a VT and used one of the bolts holding the seat backrest in place. I just sanded the paint back around the hole and put the ring terminal under the seat mounting loop. As long as you don't use a seatbelt bolt, you should be fine using any of the rear seat bolts.

yeh theres heaps, just scrape back a bit of metal, even just use some steel wool and rub back a small area. i dont know about vts but im using the jack stand in the boot as my grounds. *shrugs* work it out! :P
