Installing sub in VY Maloo Ute

Hi i was wondering if anyone has an install guide on were abouts a sub box would sit in a VY maloo ute, obviously would be the same as a normal VY Series 2 ute, ive heard sub boxs are actually quite big and fit somewere behind the seats parcel shelf but not sure how to find the exact space were its meant to go,,,, if anyone can describe to me how i can find this so called extra area for were the sub box is meant to go i would greatly appreciate a note.

you can put a sub behind the driver seat but the box wont be that big if you are a tall person. other wise auto barn sell boxes for utes now you could have a look at those

this is the size of box I built for my vz ute. it does limit how far back the seat will go. I've lost about <10cm travel. (i'm over 6' but sit close to the wheel).

its designed for a 10" sub as there is very limited depth. I sort of designed it for a focal 21V2 but haven't tested it. 21 odd L in volume -sub vol.

I have an image dynamics id10v2 in it at the moment. I had to remove the plastic cover from the back of the sub to make it fit the box. a trim ring to space the sub further out would be another way to gain clearance for lots of other subs.
