am i able to cut and solder mi rcas to make them shorted will i lose any clarity or anything
Yes, you can cut them shorter and solder them back together. No, you won't lose clarity if you do it properly.
I wuld not bother with shortening the RCA lead. I do not see the advantage.
Beside, if it aint broken why fix it![]()

shortening rcas to the correct length means you dont have a big roll of cable stuffed away somewhere. keeping them the right length keeps them neat and tidy. and, while minimal, less length on the cable means less opportunity for outside interference to affect signals. again, this is only a minimal effect, however. and if done properly, there will be no loss of quality - a shorter cable means less resistance (again, only minimal), and if the solder joins, connector and cable are of a high standard then the signal quality will not be reduced.
