Vr Manual Amp Wiring

Hey guys, When i converted my car to manual i lost the only hole i could find in the firewall to run the amp battary lead (clutch cable hole).
Is there another grommet that i could use to run the wire?, if not Could i just drill a hole in there and put a grommet in it (legally speaking of course).
Any advice would be much appriciated. Cheers Guys.

you can run it through the ECU grommet on the LHS of teh engine bay
