Alpine wat is the best?

I was just wondering which of the alpine range is better i.e is type R better or worse than type S? I also saw a type X sub on ebay. i can't seem to figure it out

Type-S
Type-R
Type-X

Useally just look at the RMS figures and you'll get a idea of whats better that what, although not always that case....
